20% Conversion Improvement Guarantee Policy and Qualification
We're confident that implementing the Cash-Pay Conversion System will significantly improve the percentage of qualified prospective patients your practice converts into booked appointments.
So we're putting your entire Summit investment behind it.
If you follow the requirements below and don't either improve your conversion rate by at least 20% OR reach an 80% conversion rate, we'll refund your Summit ticket and any additional staff seats you purchased.
For this guarantee:
Conversion Rate = Qualified Prospective Patient Leads Who Book ÷ Total Qualified Prospective Patient Leads
A "booking" simply means the prospective patient schedules the next appointment your practice normally offers after the initial phone conversation.
That appointment may be a paid evaluation, free consultation, discovery visit, or another appointment type.
Whether the patient later attends, cancels, no-shows, or ultimately purchases paid care does not affect the calculation. This guarantee measures what we're teaching at the Summit: your team's ability to convert a qualified initial inquiry into a booked next appointment.
A qualified lead is a legitimate prospective patient seeking a service your practice provides who could reasonably become a patient of the practice.
You may exclude contacts that clearly aren't legitimate opportunities, such as spam, wrong numbers, vendors, existing-patient inquiries, duplicate inquiries for the same episode of care, people seeking services you don't provide, or people your practice cannot legally or practically accept.
However, a lead cannot be excluded simply because they didn't book or presented a difficult conversion situation such as concerns about price, insurance, timing, needing to speak with a spouse, or wanting to think about it.
Before the Summit, track at least 30 consecutive qualified leads and whether each one booked.
Your practice owner must personally review and verify the results against available records such as your schedule, CRM, lead tracker, call logs, or intake records.
Staff estimates or self-reported conversion percentages alone don't qualify.
This gives us your verified pre-Summit conversion rate.
Attend the Summit, implement the Cash-Pay Conversion System with the team members handling your prospective patient calls, and then track your next 30 or more consecutive qualified leads using the same criteria.
The practice owner must verify these results as well.
We then compare your verified pre- and post-Summit conversion rates.
You need to achieve either:
A 20% relative improvement in conversion rate
OR
An 80% conversion rate
For example, improving from 50% to 60% is a 20% relative improvement.
The guarantee means a 20% improvement, not an increase of 20 percentage points.
If your verified pre-Summit conversion rate is already 80% or higher, you've already reached the performance benchmark, so the 20% Conversion Improvement Guarantee does not apply.
If you've met the requirements above and your post-Summit results are below both benchmarks, send us your pre- and post-Summit tracking data.
We'll refund:
100% of your Summit ticket price + 100% of any additional staff Summit seats you purchased.
The guarantee does not cover travel, lodging, meals, lost work time, or other expenses associated with attending the Summit.
That's it.
Track at least 30 qualified leads before the Summit.
Build and implement the System with us.
Track at least 30 afterward.
Improve your conversion rate by 20%, reach 80% conversion, or your Summit tickets are on us.
“I transitioned my practice from insurance-based to cash-based overnight, and my existing receptionist continued answering new-patient calls after we made the switch. Unfortunately, we lost all 6 of the prospects who called in the first 2 days!
Then, we began applying Jarod’s strategies for handling these calls. Our results changed dramatically overnight. We are now averaging 15 new patients per week—OON, cash-pay at $200 per hour. I am thrilled!”

“It got to the point where I knew as soon as insurance was brought up over the phone, I was likely to lose that client. Jarod coached me on different strategies and techniques to effectively control the conversation and actually get an opportunity to help the client.
Instead of feeling resentment and negativity, I now look forward to answering the ‘do you take my insurance’ question and see it as a fun challenge, and a way to educate people about our business and the benefits of working with the best!”

"I came into the mastermind with some skepticism but I almost immediately learned the obvious value of being in this group of hungry professionals. Everybody builds off of each other and the resources are endless. Content for days and days and archives of stuff that my new company desperately needed.
I went from seeing 1-3 people weekly and am now fully booked within only a few weeks. Jarod has been super helpful and I am thankful to have stumbled upon his podcast and mentorship program. The mastermind group is a must if you are trying to expedite your business growth.
Don’t learn the hard way by doing it on your own. Thanks, Jarod!"

"Since joining the Mastermind, we’ve grown from 4 to 7 employees, we have increased profit margins while also increasing annual revenue by $100k, and will hit 7 figures this year!
One of the biggest things the Mastermind and Jarod’s coaching provided to help me accomplish all the above was changing my mindset about having and leading the team.”
